Earth Treks’ Climbing Center in Columbia, MD offers climbing for all ages and abilities. Routes are set daily by Charlie Garcia.

The Climbing Center has 44 ft. high walls and 20,000 sq. ft. of climbing surface including a huge Bouldering area with Top Out Boulder, Overhangs, Aretes, Roofs, Dihedrals, Cracks, Chimneys, Slabs, and even a Stalactite.

  • Did you know that Earth Treks Columbia was Earth Treks’ first climbing center? After offering only mountaineering expeditions and outdoor dc rock climbing instruction for its first five years of operations, Earth Treks opened its first climbing center in Columbia, MD in 1997. Since opening in 1997, Earth Treks Columbia has seen numerous renovations and expansions.
