Return Policy

At Earth Treks Climbing Centers, we guarantee everything we sell will do the job it was designed to do. Earth Treks will accept the return of most products provided the item is unopened, unused (when applicable) and brought back within 14 days of the purchase date. Your original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Earth Treks will not accept returns or exchanges on any webbing or nylon based products. Once purchased we are no longer able to attest to the integrity and safety of the product. Other products may not be returned if visibly used or damaged
