Private Instruction

Any of Earth Treks’ outdoor rock climbing courses can be booked privately for groups or individuals, or let Earth Treks customize an outdoor course to meet your needs.

Whether you have a group looking for a private experience or seek personalized one on one instruction, we’ve got the course for you. Popular topics range from basic climbing and belaying, to top rope anchoring, to advanced rescue skills. Whatever your goals, Earth Treks can help make your climbing dreams a reality!

Private one-day local introductory courses. Topics include basic climbing movement, belaying, rappelling, and top rope anchoring:

$360 per group of 4

Advanced private instruction for small groups. Topics include vertical rescue, lead climbing, multi-pitch climbing, aid climbing, etc:

$250 per day for 1 student, $400 per day for 2 students

All prices include equipment and instruction.

To schedule your private program for any location, call our Private Program Department at 410-872-0060 (option 3) during regular office hours (10:30am-6:30pm Mon, Tues, Fri; 12:00-8:00pm Wed, Thurs) or inquire online.

For all private programs, it is recommended that you call at least 4-6 weeks in advance
to adequately plan your event. Peak seasons often require further notice. Advance booking with deposit is required.
